We offer complimentary insurance on every Somlo website order over £10,000. Any Delivery with full insurance cover is complimentary on every order. Any orders under £10,000 will incur a delivery fee of £100.

Deliveries to UK offshore addresses may take longer. Please allow additional processing time for orders placed on UK Public Holidays. At present time, we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.

Once we have confirmed your order, you will receive an email confirmation and we will aim to deliver within the following timescale:

  • London (Zones 1-6) - Next working day
  • Rest of UK - 1-2 working days
  • EU - 2-3 working days
  • Outside of Europe  3-5 working days


We do not leave orders at a pick-up location, a designated safe place or with a neighbour, unless specified by you. If you are not present at the time of delivery, our courier company will leave a calling card and you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time.

You might prefer us to deliver to your place of work or to a nominated third party. This is no problem, however we may contact you in advance for extra security to ensure your package arrives safely.

Due to current UK COVID-19 travel restrictions, there may be a slight delay in receiving your order. Should there be any delay, we will contact as soon as possible to inform you.

Returns are not accepted at OMEGA boutiques.

Any product that fails the quality inspection, as exclusively determined by Somlo London’s Customer Service team (e.g. scratches, worn or damaged items, missing components), will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.

Any products that are personalised (embossed, engraved, etc) cannot be cancelled or returned after purchase, unless we are at fault.

A box set containing several items may only be returned for refund as a whole, with all of the original items, except in cases relating to warranty.

We aim to keep the returns process as simple as possible. These terms do not affect your legal rights.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and thoroughly inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time taken for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tracked shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for the full amount of your purchase.

We cannot guarantee safe delivery of your returned item.
