We are pleased to offer complimentary insured delivery on all Somlo website orders over £10,000. All orders under £10,000 will incur a delivery fee of £100. Deliveries to UK offshore addresses may take longer. Please allow additional processing time for orders placed on UK and Swiss Bank Holidays. At this time, we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.
We operate our UK delivery service via a Brinks insured courier service. You will have access to track your delivery on your local couriers website.
Please note that all website orders require a signature on delivery and can only be delivered to the original delivery address.
Customer satisfaction is our goal. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return any unworn, undamaged merchandise purchased online from www.Somlo.com by mail within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, providing that the merchandise is in original condition and has not been damaged or tampered with.
Returns are only applicable to orders made on www.Somlo.com.
Returns are not accepted in OMEGA boutiques.
Any product that fails the quality inspection, as exclusively determined by Somlo London’s Customer Service team (e.g. scratches, worn or damaged items, missing components), will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.
Any products that are personalised (embossed, engraved, etc) cannot be cancelled or returned after purchase, unless we are at fault.
A box set containing several items may only be returned for refund as a whole, with all of the original items, except in cases relating to warranty.
We aim to keep the returns process as simple as possible. These terms do not affect your legal rights.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and thoroughly inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time taken for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tracked shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for the full amount of your purchase.
We cannot guarantee safe delivery of your returned item.
