Just & Son watch a watchmaking firm initially located in London form by Leonard Just and both his son and apprentice, Leonard Just Jnr.
During the rise of demand for timepieces in the Far East, Just & Son relocated to Guangzhou then Macau in approximately 1820.
In 1846 Just branched to Hong Kong, following the Qing Dynasty's defeat during the First Opium War which granted Britain power over Hong Kong. Here, they established shops in D’Aguilar Street and Queen’s Road. Gradually, Just sold his home and business in Macau and moved to Hong Kong where he could dedicate all of his time to creating elaborate timekeepers for the Chinese market.
The quality of Just & Son's watches have often be compared to those of William Anthony, whose watches have set records at auction houses such as Sotheby's and Duke's. Additionally, watches by Anthony are part of some of the most famous collections in the world such as the collection of King Farouk of Egypt, the Sandberg Collection and the Patek Philippe Museum
