Seamaster Chronograph

The Seamaster Chronograph was launched in 1970 using a calibre 861.

It was the first wristwatch to have an inner rotating bezel. This model could be equipped with a Pilot 1/2 -13/24 bezel allowing the instantaneous reading of another time zone.

The watch consisted of a blue dial with 1/5-second line minute circle and outside tachometric scale, polished riveted white gold hour markers with tritium dots, continuous small seconds dial at left, white 30-minute totalizer at right, white 12-hour totalizer at bottom, luminous baton hands, ligne pilote steel case water-resistant to 30 metres, reinforced crystal, and an integrated steel bracelet.
